KIX App

Intro KIX is a real-time account-to-account payment platform and a challenger to Swish, built for both consumers and businesses. When I joined as Design Lead, the product had been built by developers with no design foundation: no system, no consistency, no experience logic. Over two years I led UX and design strategy across a complex, multi-sided ecosystem covering the consumer app, business app, and back office, establishing the design language and component system that gave the product its first coherent identity. In parallel, I evolved the KIX brand from an early-stage identity into a flexible system spanning product, website, and fintech conference presence.
