Kolla is building the infrastructure for Digital Product Passports, a regulatory-driven shift transforming how brands communicate product data across industries. I joined as the first designer, shaping the prototype that evolved into Kolla's core product offering. The challenge was turning a compliance requirement into an experience that drives real customer value, credible enough for enterprise clients and intuitive enough for end consumers. From initial prototype to a scalable cross-industry platform, the work spanned UX logic, visual identity, and brand, ultimately creating a channel for customer engagement and upsell opportunities beyond just DPP compliance.
